Shipping policy

Order Processing

We always do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are generally processed within 24 to 48 hours of purchase on business days. Weekends and holidays may slightly delay processing due to carrier schedules.

Discreet Packaging
Every order is shipped in neutral, unmarked packaging. From the outside, your package looks like any standard parcel. The contents remain completely private and confidential.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been sent, allowing you to track your package in real time directly on the carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues
Once your package is in the carrier’s hands, Le Kink is no longer responsible for delays that may occur during transit. In case of delay, loss, damage, or any delivery-related question or issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.
