Refund policy

Return and Exchange Policy

For reasons of hygiene, health, and safety, most intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used. We do not issue refunds. Only exchanges or store/online credits are applicable when an item is eligible.

Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order or in-store purchase to submit a request if your item is eligible.

Eligibility
To be considered for a return, the item must:

  • Be unopened and unused

  • Be in its original packaging with all labels intact

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Return Procedure
To submit a return, contact our customer service by filling out the contact form or emailing info@lekink.ca. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions for sending back your package.

Defects and Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item appears defective or damaged, contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. Each request will be evaluated, and if the item is eligible, we will offer a replacement or store/online credit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used intimate products (sex toys, intimate accessories, lubricants, oils, underwear, lingerie, etc.)

  • Sale items and gift cards

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled immediately after purchase and before processing by contacting our customer service.
